At Ironway, we take pride in the quality, style, and craftsmanship of every watch we offer. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@ironway.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

A return form must be requested and included with your return.

Refunds are only issued if the watch is returned to the correct address listed on the return form and successfully delivered.

We strongly recommend insured shipping so you have proof of delivery.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by Ironway.
Refunds
Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective watch, you are entitled to a replacement once photo proof is provided.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same model, contact us at support@ironway.com and we will assist you with the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
