At Ironway, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of every watch we sell. Because of the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining product quality, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're committed to making it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ironway.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Once our team reviews your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims

If your watch develops a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please contact us at support@ironway.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases or orders that have been delivered as described.

Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where Ironway determines that a refund is appropriate, including but not limited to:

Your order cannot be fulfilled.
A replacement is unavailable for an approved defective or damaged item.
A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
