Do I need a large following to join?

No. We care about content quality and audience alignment — not follower count. A creator with 10k highly engaged hunters will outperform someone with 500k lifestyle followers for our brand. We look for authenticity and niche fit.

How does the 15% commission get calculated?

We use Trybe's server-side tracking, which matches orders directly to your video via a 7-day last-click attribution model. This is more accurate than Meta's own reporting (which tends to over-count). You get 15% of the total value of every order that your video drove.

When do I get paid?

Payouts happen automatically every week via Trybe. No invoices, no manual requests. As long as you have a payment method connected to your Trybe account, your commission lands automatically.

Do I need to have experience with TikTok Shop or Trybe?

Not at all. Trybe is very easy to set up — similar to TikTok Shop if you've used that. And if you haven't, our team will walk you through it. It takes about 5 minutes to get your account connected and your first video submitted.

What kind of creators are you looking for?

We're looking for creators whose audience is primarily men aged 40 and older — outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, fishermen, veterans, or anyone into tactical gear and field equipment. If you create content in these niches, or your audience falls in this demographic, we want to hear from you.

Can I also post the video on my own social media?

Yes. And even better — we can run ads from your own account as partnership ads. This means our media budget reaches audiences through your profile, building your following while you earn commissions. It's a significant benefit for smaller creators looking to grow.

Is there a minimum number of videos I need to create?

No minimum requirement. That said, creators who post consistently earn significantly more — both because they have more chances to hit a winning video, and because our team provides feedback that helps each video improve. The more you create, the better your chances of having a high-earning video in rotation.
